Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Returns （US orders only）:

Return unused, new items within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and paperwork.
Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping.
Returns for special offers or used items are not accepted.
Returns are only applicable to regular-priced items and not valid for special offers or custom products.
To return, email your order number, a photo of the unsed tools and the outer box to info@kanseptedc.com.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

Refunds:

Processing may take up to 2 weeks after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Free-shipping items: US$7 will be deducted for original shipping.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items with damaged/missing packaging may incur extra fees.

If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:

Double- check your banck account.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If the issue persists, email us at info@kanseptedc.com for further assistance.

Exchanges & Replacements:

Exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
For replacements due to quality issues, email info@kanseptedc.com within 72 hours with your order number and a video showing the defect.
Returned items must be shipped with prepaid freight.
